(don't hate me: set up a sipx-cisco-users and we will leave you alone, those of us with dozens of cisco phones would rather work out the gremlins with the cisco/sipx than work out the gremlins with cisco/askerisk :-)

Diagnosing remote cisco problems, and attempting to set phones up according to
<http://wiki.sipxecs.org/index.php/Configuring_remote_workers_cheatsheet>

(current problem, is when the remote phone puts a local extension on hold and its running G.729, it never goes back to g.711, local user doesn't hear audio, and you can't recover the call. no, im not ready to post traces yet, but will soon, maybe I'll force the phones to g.711 or buy the G.729 codex.

under 'network parameters', there are the options nat_enable and nat_received_processing (both, by default checked). wiki seems to indicate I should disable these? but once done, phone will no longer register.

Q should they be disabled? or not?

Q also, "WAN IP address of the NAT or firewall server." is blank. should it be the WAN address of the remote firewall 76.108.146.15? and should nat_enable and nat_received_processing be checked?
