Nope, sipXbridge is not involved at all, I just have a standard sip trunk gateway setup with Vitelity, neither the sipX box or the cisco is behind nat. It's only the cisco's that do this too, the phones on the Sipura adaptors work properly. It's kind of sad, I now have one of the 30 year old Western Electric phones connected to the Sipura, and the Cisco on my desk..
