Let me try to help... Where is the file?
If it is a text file we can simply post it using the wiki markup language so the text doesn't wrap, or better explain how to find the file you need since we "know where it goes", but not really where to "find it". Where does one find it? It will then need to be explained in a way that makes sense to someone like me so I can decide whether the trouble is worth the effort. Setting the proper expectation and result. A couple of questions if you have done it... 1. How long does it take to implement? 2. Does it survive an upgrade/update? 3. Do you have a sample text email of before and after?
