In 4.2 when setting the "standard" greeting type, the options that used
to be played, "When you are finished, press 1 for more options. To dial
the operator, press 0 at any time." are no longer played. Instead, all
that is played is the greeting that the user recorded, then a beep. Is
this considered normal? Is there any way to bring the options back?
