It my guess would be that it has something to do with the session timer.

Something like the call did not hang up cleanly and the SIP session
timer re-INVITE fired in 30 minutes.  What does the ITSP respond when
re-INVITE is sent? It should answer with an error code.

Can you capture a trace of the scenario ?
