Finally got back to this problem. > logrotate -f /etc/logrotate.d/sipxchange > open putty to /var/log/sipxpbx > open winscp to /var/log/sipxpbx > create a call that works > create a call that doesn't work > run merge-logs on putty
Every time I merge the logs, I get nothing much in the output file. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?> <sipTrace> </sipTrace> The above is all I get. All of the xml files only contain the above. Am I missing a step? The wiki mentions that info level is enough to get information. I've followed this as well but am missing something.
