That is a function of the phone.

Polycom phones have it, so so counterpath softphones.

4.2 has better cdr record keeping (as does 4.0.4).

Can you better state where you want to see these "missed calls"? If it
is in the CDR area, you might want to be sure to state what kind of
gateway(s) you are using.
