Basically the calls made to get voicemail messages are not authenticated internally, so bypassing the portion of the script that checks voicemail PIN will work. Be careful though, you'll need to handle the situation where the extension cannot be determined, but it's pretty clear where the logic for this scenario exists in the default login.vxml script.
