Hi! Finally got this working with sipx.
Ditched sendmail Installed postfix/sasl2/certs etc. Took quite a while. Now relaying mail via outside provider works. From what i could tell on the wiki people has found this less than fun to configure. If anyone is interested i can mail links, main.cf etc that i used.
