I just found your posts, after doing a search.

I checked the firmware and Im using 5.6 on the Audiocodes mp
114 but when trying to change the firmware in the SipX
server it only goes up to 5.4.

Should I try to downgrade or is there some way of upgrading
the firmware version on the sipx server? or should I
manually configure the Audiocodes gateway?

It had been elsewhere I just reseted it but havnt been able
to try it afterwards. I read that the default ip was
10.1.10.11 but Im not able to access it and it doesnt
respond to the ip it had before so Im guessing it did went
back to default.

Im obviously setting my computers ip to 10.1.10.1 so that Im
in the same subnetwork. and the mask to 255.255.0.0. So
thats not the problem.

I havnt looked at the logs but will do once I get access to
it again.

I tried configuring the SipX server with a Sip trunk but no
luck either.

Thanks for your help.
