so if you wanted a trace showing all calls from FooBar brand phones, you 
might use the value 'User-Agent: FooBar'.

Most often the token is the user part (phone number) for a phone whose 
calls are not working, or the call-id header value for a specific call, 
but it can be anything that appears in all messages of interest and 
doesn't appear too often in messages you'd rather not see.
