its TRICKY and if you don't do it EXACTLY right, the options never show up.
as soon as you enter gateway ->add SIP Trunk, you must (in this order)
enter, select:
put in a name. select your route (sbc, either internal or external sbc).
NOW you can see the ITSP template. select one.
once you are done and save this, you can edit the itsp account .
if you miss the 'select ITSP template', start over.
