How accurate is the CDR details in SipX? The reason I ask is that we are getting some calls on our billing that is not matching up. We have a bunch of calls to some unknown numbers from numerous extensions that we did not make. In checking in the SipX CDR, we did not make these calls. I have not called our ITSP yet to clarify, until I gather some more info. Some of these extensions are created, however, the phones have not been assigned or put online to register to SipX. Other extensions are dedicated to our fax solution. The numbers that we are being billed for are these 586-992-8668 in Washington, MI and 304-973-9898 in Belmont, WV. No one here recognizes these numbers. Googling these numbers suggest they may be some sort of phone spamming.
1. Do we have some sort of security breach? 2. These numbers are being shown as the "called numbers" on our bills. Any suggestions as to how to stop or block these calls? Ly Tran
