I would bring up the fact that it does not happen with all ITSP's. I have not experienced this, but I do think it needs to be "textually" explained in sipxconfig "how" this applies, and perhaps the setting off by default.

I think this question relates to: http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-7362.
