I thought that it might work with IP.. after configuring a local DNS server, I now get unauthorized user which is a good sign.. Thanks a lot

I installed wireshark on the server , I see Request: Register then Status: 100 Trying and then Status: 408 Request timeout. - I can ping the server just fine - server is listening on port 5060 - I disable NAT on the server - used both IP and Host to register with the server -intranet subnets are set -ICE disabled on the softphone and also forced to use port 5060 - Configuration Test was done on the server, all passed except DHCP test which is not running on the network there is one thing that I see in wireshark is when getting error 408, I see that source port is 5060 and destination port is 7991.. could that be the reason?
