Let's say my phone extension is 201. Does sipx allow for me to be able to pick up the call to( while it is ringing) to 204? If yes, how is it done? _______________________________________________ By default, you pick up ext. 201 and dial *78 204. It's called "(directed) call pickup" in the user interface.
