I'd be careful.  If you have door unlocks, you need one that will filter out
incoming DTMF, or someone will use a pocket dialer to break into the place.
Viking designs around that issue only allowing one way DTMF once speaker is
enabled.

we need not only intercom, but electronic door unlock.
the analog one was $400, the sip one was $1200.
But for $450, we got the analog one with an ATA.
