Yes. Set the proxy to debug log level. If you don't care about your logs do this:
cd /var/log/sipxpbx rm -f *.log (Alternately you can do "logrotate). Call the DID with the problem, when it rings hangup and do: merge-logs Look through it with sipviewer (or you can email it to me privately) and change the logging for proxy back. All you are looking for is the DID# being sent in the invite. We need to see what BROADVOX is sending. ============================ Tony Graziano, Manager Telephone: 434.984.8430 Fax: 434.984.8431 Email: tgrazi...@myitdepartment.net LAN/Telephony/Security and Control Systems Helpdesk: Telephone: 434.984.8426 Fax: 434.984.8427 Helpdesk Contract Customers: http://www.myitdepartment.net/gethelp/ ----- Original Message ----- From: sipx-users-boun...@list.sipfoundry.org <sipx-users-boun...@list.sipfoundry.org> To: sipx-users@list.sipfoundry.org <sipx-users@list.sipfoundry.org> Sent: Wed Oct 27 21:11:36 2010 Subject: [sipx-users] Incoming DID routing not working properly Hello all, I'm having an issue with getting DID numbers to route properly. I am using Broadvox for SIP trunking. I have two phone numbers set up. One is the primary number (the BTN or Billing Telephone Number). We'll call that 781-555-5000. The second number is a VDID (Virtual Direct Inward Dial). We'll call that 781-555-5501. Then there are two users. One is extension 100. This is a shared line. The other is extension 103. This is not a shared line. Extension 100 has 7815555000 listed as an alias. Extension 103 has 7815555001 listed as an alias. However, when you call 781-555-5001, it rings to extension 100 instead of 103. Very strange. I don't know if it's a function of sipX or of Broadvox. I am running 4.2.1. Single server. Pretty simple setup. Any thoughts? Thanks! -G -- Gary J.
