I traced and see no problemo with Spark.
Attached a wireshark with filter "port 53" during the start of 
spark2.6.0b2 after I did an c:>ipconfig /flushdns.

Unfortunately my SRV and A record are the same, but that's normal when 
you're a Bria user :o)
