Hey all,

I am currently building a replacement for an ageing proprietary PBX
system for a client, and I have duplicated almost everything except I
have hit a road block and would appreciated a nudge in the right
 direction.

They utilize different hunt groups/queues for clients calling in,
however after hours they have an 'emergency' hunt group which dials
their cellphones in a different order depending on who is on call. The
individual users don't want their extensions to automatically forward,
so I have created another extension for each of the users which forwards
all calls to their cellphone, and then am using those extensions in the
hunt group. However the problem I have now is if the person at the top
of the list has a dead battery or is out of range, then their voicemail
will pickup and the user will be transferred without hunting further.

So my main question is, is there some 'confirmation' mode that can be
set in a hunt group, where the person answering hits '1' or similar to
confirm it is really them? If not, does anyone have a suggestion on
 another route I could take?

 Thanks,
 Mark
