So I would go with Firmware or gateway settings do not have lookup via SRV configured properly, or there's a timeout issue (like what your phones are experiencing). Try defining the SRV records in the internal Audiocodes table. The Audiocodes will look there first. Also, make sure you are running version 5.80a if the M1000 firmware.
