It is written in other topics that we can make use of the presence federation regarding a dialog-supporter hardphone and an XMPP account on Pidgin, etc.. BLF list view works fine if the case is seeing my Yealink phone's status in a Bria SIP account workgroup view.
If the case is an XMPP account on Bria, workgroup view is disabled. When I try to add hardphone account as a contact a pending authorization status occurs. I cannot authorize such a request on the hardphone. Pidgin even has no workgroup view option as far as I saw. Neither works by adding a contact same as Bria. Any ideas on this issue? Regards Baris
