There isn't a good way to have voicemail sent to google voice for a large deployment (setting up each person in your organization with google voice and forwarding more than a little inconvenient). That is not to say they won't offer some type of corporate option in the future.
I imagine Google will at some point allow you to register to sip.voice.google.com and make outbound calls (currently, you have to use google voice software which is clunky/etc. - but is free for US calling). Once they enable registration, I can see them being used as a "traditional" ITSP. But that is purely speculation...currently, the only real benefit - is you can now call someone's cell (or other phone) at no charge (assuming you can dial a SIP URI).
