ok, for fun, I'll set it back and run some traces.

I doubt my verizon cell phone is asking for G.722, and voip.ms sure
isn't asking for G.722, and the cisco phone I transferred to, isn't.

I did NOT modify sipxbridge to do HD quality MOH, since its all
'virgin'.. at 8000.
