I'm willing to pay $100 to the person that solves this - meaning I am able to 
do a directed call pickup from an inbound call from my Patton 4960.
192.168.103.5 = Patton 4960
192.168.103.2 = sipXecs

I can email the Patton config off-list if anyone is interested.

If you have confirmed you are a "non-buggy" firmware from Patton, can you get a 
call trace and a patton sip debug to follow up with?
