back to the topic... I once posted the idea of embedding sip viewer right into admin ui, where one could drill into calls by user, destination, exactly as you describe here. I got very little interest but maybe it was just bad timing on my post. _______________________________________________ It shouldn't be difficult to have the admin UI "bring up" sipviewer, since sipviewer is written in Java. Indeed, I thought it had already been done. A front-end that selects calls to display based on various criteria would require more work...
