have not tried it, but if you HAVE to, keep in mind, openvpn will put a lot of overhead on the system. if you MUST, figure out what you need to pass. if udp (rdp, G.711/G.722) then you should use openvpn with tcp.
(you really don't want to tunnel udp over udp.)

don't use compression on openvpn, don't use encryption, if you can avoid it.

also, some clients won't see the openvpn routes.
