Are you suing a third party cert or the sipx default?
When I had this issue, it it was related to the root cert for the CA. In my case, the CA was my internal Microsoft cert server.

The best thing you can do at this point is post the log file contents from when this happens.

Look in the following log file:  /var/log/sipxpbx/sipxivr.log
