Depending on if you're running 4.2 or 4.4 you'll have to do things differently. EFK's in 4.2 can be accomplished with the following example: http://sites.google.com/site/sipxecstipsandtricks/polycom-phones
in 4.4 the custom files patch is already included so you can skip that part.
