Still having issues with persistent MWI lighting up despite no message being there. There was no file in the corresponding user media folder to delete. I even went that extra step and deleted the user, rebooted the phones and recreated the line, but it started flashing again after I recreated the line and resent the profiles to the phones. I checked again and there is no file in the corresponding folder for that line even after I recreated it.
