Not really. I'm on a plane right now, and can't look it up, but I had a thread 
a few weeks ago on this. The 450 is lacking a few hard buttons. There is a set 
of hard buttons that are grouped together. If one doesn't exist, it won't 
remove any of them from the soft keys even if you set it to remove duplicate 
keys. This bumps other needed functions off the screen if you add EFKs.

(I would assume you could use EFK on the 450's if the cfg file was slimmed
down so the config would parse. Is this not true?)
