We seem to have encountered a race condition between a CANCEL and a 200 OK. The
result of this

is a call stuck in sipxBridge causing phantom calls every two hours (session
timeout).

In the attached trace.xml, port 5560 is our application. It cancels the
outgoing call a few milliseconds

before the called party answers the call and the sipxProxy receives the 200 OK.

But despite sipxProxy receiving and acknowledging the CANCEL, it continues to
process the 200 OK.

But no ACK is sent back to the SIP trunk, The SIP trunk repeats the 200 OK
several times. Eventually

sipxBridge is stuck in a re-INIVITE every session timeout state.

Anyone seen this. Any solutions?
