Thanks. I have my queues set up, and I have an agent
assigned and signed into the queue.

When I call into the queue, I get my queue greeting message,
however the agent phone never rings. I just sit in the
queue, hear the stutter dial tone, until it times out after
60 seconds and goes to my overflow distination. This is
strange for two reasons, first being I have an agent logged
in and idle. Second, my maximum wait time is set to 300, so
I shouldn't be dumped to overflow after 60 seconds.

Any ideas?
