The creation of recipes is working correctly. I have a few questions: 1. how can I send a call from first queue to a second queue? Tried this by adding skills to the call. These skills can be fulfilled only by the second queue. This didn't work. 2.I don't want to send calls to the OpenACD implemented Mailbox. I want to send the calls to an sipXecs controlled voicemailbox. Is this possible? 3. Can you forward a call from a queue to an extension? Can't find these function.
