Call pickup codes can be changed from the default in sipx.
System>server>(yours)>registrar. I would ensure that *78 is still the pickup
code.

If line "1111" is registered more than one time, your pickup attempt will
likely fail more often than work, and a limitation of the design (like
pickup up a ringing hunt group instead a unique line).

If it is not working, you probably need to put the proxy in debug logging
and verify the request is coming in.
