I don't think anyone would want to tinker around trying to fix two versions
ago...

CDR is a postgres function. The "speedials" are stored on the disk
separately but depending on whether they are speeddials and/or BLF entries,
they get loaded from different sources. Speeddials are loaded from the phone
config, BLF entries are loaded from RLS server which is much better in
4.4.x.

At the same time 4.0.1 could be updated to the most current 4.0.x version
which is 4.0.5. You should at least update to 4.0.5 so you can get those
latest patches.
