Hi All, I see these options for configuring sending faxes in pdf format - in 4.4 (want to keep changes at minimum): add a new property in EmailFormats.properties file, e.g. fax_format=pdf Administrators could manually edit this file and change it to tiff if needed, then restart ivr. Default value will be pdf though. - in 4.6: improve sipxconfig's Voicemail service page to display a drop down with preferred format - pdf or tiff. On save Voicemail service is marked as restart needed for changes to be applied
