Can you please check the issue "http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-9680".Because we had the same problem of "mongod dead but subsys locked"So I created the above issue and now the issue was resolved.But still I didn't verify the issue because there is no latest RPM or ISO which include the fix.I read your post in list then I thought to reply but suddenly I got struck in some other issue and after that really forgot to reply.Sorry for the late reply.May be you got the answer why its not working? In case still you having the problem check the above issue I mentioned and let us know the update its a same problem..

Also we can't able to reproduce the issue from the time I created the issue, if we reboot the server..Only way we able to reproduce the issue when server is switched off and switch on..

does re-installing openacd and removing the agents normally before removing it

Does this mean I just need to remove the entries from this table
manually and it should work again?


There are other tables you need to clean up first, like:
openacd_skill_agent
openacd_queue_agent
openacd_client_agent
and then you will be able to remove entries from openacd_agent (if I
missed any table it will warn you) George
