Sipxconfig uses a certificate validation script that looks like does not
validate your certificate

To workaround this and bypass validation, you can install your intermediate
cert manually:

1. cd to: /etc/sipxpbx/ssl/authorities
2. copy your certificate in path from 1
3. run /usr/bin/ssl-cert/ca_rehash
4. run /usr/libexec/sipXecs/sipxkeystoregen
5. restart the server
