Registrar/Presence server capability is available for Karoo as a 
commercial plugin.  If you are interested in that, please mail me 
offlist.  Otherwise, Karoo is an SBC and is a tool that can help 
interoperability of sipx with NATed installations as well as connecting 
to sip-trunks.
