Sending-profiles to the phones won't solve it as they aren't registered - you must send profiles to the server. As in:
System -> Servers Check the box - click Send Profiles. There is some change (or combination of changes) that requires the profiles to be sent and services restarted. Now, anytime I change multiple things - I send profiles. Also somebody mentioned to "send profiles" to the phone.
