Our PRI connects to a Patton 4960. The biggest downside is that sipXecs doesn't give you a starter config - however, once you get a basic configuration from an existing install, adding additional capabilities goes very smooth. They also offer free tech support - and their tech support is excellent, I've used them on several advanced configurations and they haven't let me down yet.
We are currently using this to share a single PRI with 2 different sipXecs installs and a legacy PBX. It is also setup to connect to a sip trunk directly, this allows us to route long distance calls to the internet for out legacy PBX. The only drawback with Audiocodes is that unless you buy the support, your on your own with everything, including firmware. Even if you get a device bad right out of the box (which happened to us), they won't even talk to you on the phone. This doesn't appear to be the case with Patton, however I have only messed with the Patton MATA FXS. Patton does actually talk to you on the phone, unlike Audiocodes, and has provided me support and firmware.
