First mention of a Tunnel between the servers. Again, I'd recommend you get this working in a lab first, without a tunnel. Then add a tunnel between servers and see if it breaks things. You will likely see what is breaking it very quickly, and without guessing.

Does the tunnel (which sipx uses) can have issues with PPTP? I can see that sometime later the sending profile fails.
