As you can see here http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/#pricing it will cost about 60$ per month plus tax. The cost for storage and data is just a few $ per month, despite all the SIP signalling and media going to and from your Amazon server.
If you want to use this more permanently, Amazon has reserved instances where after an upfront fee of 195$/300$ (for 1/3 year commitment) will have monthly costs of approx 10$ per month. DO NOT try micro instance,not suited for production deployment, can barely work for a test environment.
