If you decide to go with them, they will auto-recharge at $100 to bring up to a $200 balance. IMO, voip.ms has a better interface but voip.ms doesn't have t38. Per minute rates are very cheap.
Callcentric.com: has issues with >5min faxes outbound using hylafax and t38modem. Not sure if inbound has the same problem.
