I am trying to get comfort messages in the call centre queue.
I am guessing that I need to add a recipe step and choose the action media announce. What I am not too sure of is what to enter into the text box to the right. Is it a path to a media file? Is the path absolute on the file system, or relative to a fixed path somewhere?
