Can anyone tell me if they know of a successful implementation of SipXecs
utilizing both a High Availablility setup, and the ACD system?

I'm having an issue with our system whereby handset that is registered against
the HA server (telecom-2) is unable to get an audio stream from the ACD, which
is hosted on the primary server, (telecom-1). Calls from handset registered
against the primary server(telecom-1) can call the ACD without issue, and work
properly.

We have 418 registered handsets, and a 50% ratio of sets registered on the
primary and secondary. All other calling features work without issue (to our
knowledge), from handsets registered against either registrar. In fact, it
took awhile to narrow down the problem from "intermittent no-audio on calls to
the ACD queue" to "calls from handsets registered on the HA server to the ACD
Queue have no audio".

I've got packet captures of the calls from three viewpoints:

a. The handset making the call

b. The ACD server (telecom-1)

c. The HA server where the handset is registered (telecom-2)

I'm not going to post packet captures publicly, but have them available if
anyone has any ideas.

Cheers,

...Steve...
