Whatever Comcast is using is "usable". It attached the WAV file was
well. Usually, the text is close enough, and I listen to the WAV file if
I need more detail.

With speech to text I would tend to agree. A lot of people think they
need thus, but even Google with their mounds of cash can't get it to
work well enough to be usable with google voice. IMHO opinion anyway...
