It could be due to Mongo update to 2.0.7, can you check if service mongod status shows as started first? Then you could try sending server profiles or copy old db from /var/lib/mongod to the new one in /var/lib/mongodb and change permissions to mongodb user - see http://forum.sipfoundry.org/index.php?t=rview&goto=72478&th=23369 George
