  In testing, I was trying to log in as a user but could not. I looked at that

yet could not log in. I then copied the password from the 4.4.0 system and 
pasted it into the 4.6.0 systems user account and sure enough, I was then able 
to log into the system.

  Not sure that’s a bug, just wanted to post it and if someone else comes 
across such a problem, maybe it’s a bug.
